It's time to get this right. I've know about the Paleo lifestyle for a few years and have been successful at it a time or two. What I have not been brave enough to do is Whole 30. Three months after baby number 3, I'm ready. It's really not even about losing weight (well partly). I'm ready to FEEL FABULOUS. My husband is ready to. Bless him for coming along on another of my crazy ideas...

Tight pants
Sugar bloat
Exhaustion
